Our chef/Owner Louis, with over 20 years experience and has worked in some of the top Michelin star restaurants around the world including Gordon Ramsay and the Pourcel brothers in France, has returned to his home soil with a vision of giving diners superb food memories utilising the freshest of the amazing local produce Tasmania has on offer.

We are beyond excited to announce that after a two-month closure, Luz Restaurant is reopening at our brand-new location - 61 Cameron Street, Launceston on Friday, April 4th.
We’ve missed you and can’t wait to welcome you back to experience our fresh new space.
